COVID-19 and Spirit

Maybe all parasites feel entitled to their hosts. You wouldn’t feel entitled if you were at a loss whenever you went out of balance, you’d recognize your role. I’d like to say this virus experience will teach us something about our own parasitic relationships.

Poor Sleep is an Addiction

Your sleep problems are in your mind, but, if you're like most people, you don't want to hear it.

Everyone appreciates good sleep, but few people will put themselves at risk to get it.There is something subtle going on here because sleep is something which you work toward indirectly.

Good sleep is a consequence of certain habits, just as bad sleep is. The habits are cognitive, they pertain to how you think. Thinking habits are the root of all addictions
